| The '''RainFall Union''', also referred to as '''Union of Raingate and Frostfall''', is a [[Wikipedia:Political union|Politico]]-[[Wikipedia:economic union|economic union]] consisting of the [[Raingate|Principality of Raingate]] and the [[Frostfall|Principality of Frostfall]]. The Union's main goal is to "draw closer the relations between the principalities and co-ordinate collaboration between them, to safeguard their independence and sovereignty, and to consider in a general way the affairs and interests of each nation".

| Each member nation retains its own sovereignty and international personality, meaning that Raingate and Frostfall are still fully responsible for their own internal affairs and external relations. The Union cannot itself claim representation in other international organisations or overrule legislation or government decisions of its member states, except in cases specified by the Union Treaty. As such, the Union mostly resembles a supranational confederation on the same level as the [[Outernatian Union]].

| The main goal of the union was "to achieve an order of peace and justice, to promote their solidarity, to strengthen their collaboration, and to defend their sovereignty, their territorial integrity, and their independence". The Union Act then defines eight essential purposes:
