Bartlett is expected to participate in the Internatia Song Contest 89 in Nék Menage, Ħanei Čaravāz with the song "Feel Special" by TWICE, selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC).
Internal Selection
For its first anniversary in ISC, BarBC had planned a national final for ISC 89 consisting of returning artists for Bartlett. However, that was scrapped due to the hosting of JISC 42. As a result, BarBC has internally selected TWICE, who participated for Bartlett in OSC 44, with their new song "Feel Special."
At ISC 89
Bartlett is expected to participate in ISC 89 in Ħanei Čaravāz.
